Laura has 25 years of executive management experience in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi. She has a degree in Economics and undertook post graduate studies through Liverpool University (UK). Laura focuses on business start-ups and restructuring. She leads on feasibility studies, business plans and project management.

Andy has a Master of Science (MSc) focused on Finance & Investments from Aston Business School and 8 years’ experience in the Zambian investments sector. Andy provides innovative and strategic support for deal origination and evaluation by providing historical financial assessments, business modelling and financial forecasting.
Mwansa Mubanga

Environmental Specialist
With 11 years of experience in Environmental Management, Mubanga leads on the preparation of Environmental Management Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental Project Briefs (EPBs), Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) and Air Quality Monitoring and Emission Testing. Mubanga works closely with local communities to ensure information gathering is accurate and all environmental and social aspects are taken care of through a balanced approach. Mubanga has an in-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
Noeline Hall

Human Resources Business Services and Administration
Noeline has over 20 years’ experience in HR Services, Administration and Payroll Management. Her post qualification training and strength has been the creation and maintenance of country specific Policies and Procedures, the establishment of appropriate Compensation & Benefit structures and Performance Management systems. She is meticulous in her attention to local regulatory compliance and in the application of transparent and fair labour practises. She has a passion for undertaking HR, Administrative and Financial compliance audits to ensure the achievement of the streamlined business functions.
